Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has been hospitalized with heart problems. This is reported by Italian media.
The Adnkronos news agency reported on Wednesday that the 86-year-old MP was in intensive care at the San Raffaele clinic in Milan. The Ansa news agency also reported his admission to a hospital.
There was initially no official confirmation from the family of the politician and media entrepreneur or the Forza Italia party. According to the reports, Berlusconi is being treated for cardiovascular problems. Only last Thursday was he released after a four-day stay at that clinic – officially for routine examinations.
