The climate activists of the last generation have glued themselves to the ground in Hamburg. This time, the actor Raúl Semmler was also one of the demonstrators.

Where demonstrators keep to the ground, angry motorists are not far away. So also Thursday at the Köhlbrandbrücke in Hamburg (D). The reason for this: Six activists of the “last generation” clung to the floor, including actor Raúl Semmler (38). He has already appeared in front of the camera for several films and series, including “Pope Joan”. “A suitcase for two” and “SOKO Leipzig”.

Two of the demonstrators, including Semmler, did not use conventional instant glue, but mixed quick-hardening concrete on the spot. This has never happened in Hamburg, as “Focus” reports.

Semmler was already in police custody

Raúl Semmler’s action meant extra work for the police. Officials allegedly spent several hours dealing with the concrete demonstrators before passing the matter on to the fire department. The two had to be milled out of the asphalt with heavy equipment.

Semmler has jammed more than 100 times. The actor was even taken into police custody. (lia)
