However, a ride on the Ferris wheel at the “Florida State Fair” quickly turned out to be a shocking experience for the people in the gondolas:
Frank Zaitshik, co-organizer of the annual festival, later said in a statement that the accident was caused by a malfunction of the Ferris wheel. In addition, all safety protocols were observed and the Ferris wheel automatically switched off accordingly.
According to “NBC Miami,” multiple posts and messages are circulating on social media in which passengers report injuries. It is unknown whether the case will have legal ramifications. (fwe)
