Beef at carnival party: Strack-Zimmermann disses Friedrich Merz This 7-year-old (probably) has more guts than you!

Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann does not lack humor. Her opponent, to whom she dedicated her carnival speech, cannot laugh at her jokes.

Dressed in a vampire costume, she imagines herself as a queen with a mirror in her hand. Marie-Agnes Strack-Zimmermann (FDP) gave a good deal in her carnival speech about the “Order against animal seriousness” in Aachen. The target of her speech included the chairman of the CDU, Friedrich Merz. She describes it as a “mid-sized plane dwarf” that “no one wanted twice” because it was hard to bear.

Merz finds this anything but funny. During Strack-Zimmermann’s speech, the image keeps changing to the CDU leader. His face speaks volumes. “Another old white guy who thinks he can do better,” continues Strack-Zimmermann. Outwardly, Merz gives a bourgeois appearance, but at heart he is “completely mean”.

In her speech, she also criticizes Merz’s attitude towards war refugees and climate activists, who to him are just “social tourists” and “terrorists”. She concludes her contribution to Merz with the words: “Whoever considers himself a Christian should be ashamed of him.” The sound of “madness, why are you sending me to hell” is heard in the hall.

That didn’t make Merz laugh. He was visibly upset. On Twitter, users accuse him of withholding humor. So far he has not responded to the speech. However, other CDU politicians supported him on Twitter, such as former Federal Agriculture Minister Julia Klöckner.

But not all CDU members were outraged. Hendrik Wüst, Prime Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia, laughed. Strack-Zimmermann shared the photo on her Twitter account, expressing understanding for the CDUler’s lack of humor. She appreciates Wüst for his “humorous understanding”.
