The police confiscate Andrew Tate’s fancy cart

This will especially hurt him: the Romanian police have seized several insanely expensive cars belonging to the ex-kickboxer. Photos show several luxury cars being towed away, including a Rolls-Royce, two BMWs, a Ferrari and a Porsche.

The police action was accompanied by further house searches. Authorities want to prevent assets from being put away. Earlier this week, officials seized 15 luxury vehicles and more than 10 properties in and around Bucharest.

Andrew Tate (36), his brother Tristan and two Romanian women have been detained since the end of last year. They are accused of forcing six young women to appear in commercially distributed sex videos.

Macho influencer is known for outrageous statements

According to media reports, the clips were shot at a villa in the village of Voluntari. Detectives have therefore focused on the Tate brothers since April 2021. On Tuesday, a court rejected the gang’s objection to detention and searches.

Tate had become an internet star with misogynistic comments and hate speech. The macho influencer was blocked from all major social media platforms for his outrageous statements. However, after Elon Musk took over Twitter, the 36-year-old’s account with the short message service was reactivated.

Tate was first introduced to British TV audiences in 2016 when he was kicked off Britain’s Big Brother show for leaking a video of him beating a woman with a belt. (nad)
