“Our goal is that Russian oligarchs with money in Switzerland who are involved in this war cannot just use this money for their hobby or pass it on to their children,” Rybchenko said in an interview published Tuesday. “It is only appropriate if it is used for the reconstruction of Ukraine.”
Switzerland’s support for Ukraine is already high today. For example, the new Ukrainian special ambassador for reconstruction includes the winter aid that has been decided, the Lugano conference or support for demining the country and building shelters.
