Six people, including two police officers, have been killed in a police operation in Australia. During investigations in the town of Wiembilla in the state of Queensland, she was shot at, the police reported on Tuesday.
The two officers had been investigating a missing persons case and had been called to a property in the small town of Wiembilla, it said.
The killed police officers were a woman and a man, both under 30 years old and just starting their careers.

After they were shot on Monday afternoon, a special commando rushed to the scene, according to information. Three suspects – two men and a woman – were killed. Another body was also found on the property. (sda/afp)
