After renewed accusations of racism against Buckingham Palace and the start of the new Netflix documentary series about Prince Harry and his wife Meghan, British Foreign Secretary James Cleverly has taken the royal family under his wing. There is no fiercer proponent of a multicultural Britain than King Charles III, Cleverly told Sky News on Sunday.
This attitude of the royals “reflects the modern country we see”. This is in line with his ‘personal experience’ but also with Britain’s ‘whole world’ view. The minister admitted that he had not yet seen the Netflix series ‘Harry & Meghan’. After returning from a series of overseas trips, he wanted to catch up on the latest episodes of the hit series “Stranger Things”.
The first three episodes of the six-part series ‘Harry & Meghan’, available from Thursday, mainly focused on the role of the British tabloid media, which was also characterized by racism, in dealing with Harry’s wife Meghan and the lack of support from the Royal family. However, more violent accusations from the couple against the royal family are expected from the last three episodes of the Netflix series. They will be published next Thursday.
