A video posted to Instagram shows an American teacher openly admitting to being a racist in front of his class. The scene takes place at a high school in the small Texas town of Pflugerville:
The school management also saw the video and issued a statement. According to these, the teacher’s statements were “inappropriate, inaccurate and unacceptable”. In addition, “this type of interaction will not be tolerated in any school in the district.”
The explanation was not enough for many parents. After some complaints, the school management eventually fired the teacher. (fwe)
