Jennifer Aniston mourns the loss of her father

More than 40 million people follow Jennifer Aniston on Instagram. Last week, the actress wowed with photos from a shoot for the “Allure” cover.

Now, four days later, the actress is sharing her next post on the social media platform. This time, however, the reason for her post is a sad one. On Monday, she posted several photos of herself with her father and shared that John Aniston, who was also an actor, has passed away at the age of 89.

“You were one of the most wonderful people”

“Dear Daddy… John Anthony Aniston, you were one of the most wonderful people I’ve ever known,” the Friends star wrote of, among other things, the snaps that show her as a baby or young girl.

Aniston wrote that she was grateful that her father passed away peacefully on November 11 and was not in pain. He had always had “perfect timing” and the date will be even more important to her in the future than it was before. “I will love you until the end of time,” she wrote. She closed the post with the words, “Don’t forget to visit me.”

Numerous celebrities, including stars like Kaley Cuoco, Naomi Watts and Aaron Paul, expressed their condolences with emojis. Jennifer Aniston’s ex-husband Justin Theroux, to whom she was married from 2015 to 2017, also responded with a heart emoji.

“It was a difficult path for me”

Just a few days ago, Aniston drew attention to another sad subject in her life. In an interview with Allure magazine, the 53-year-old revealed that she had been trying to have a baby for years.

“It was a difficult path for me, the path of having children,” she said. She did everything she could, but even in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment, a method of artificial insemination, didn’t work. The actress received a lot of encouragement for her open words.
