Cruel things are said to have happened in Vienna in recent months. According to the Austrian Kronen Zeitung, a 12-year-old girl was the victim of multiple gang rapes.
The perpetrators are said to be a gang of young people between the ages of 13 and 18. A total of seventeen suspects, many with a Turkish and Bulgarian migration background, were interrogated. They allegedly filmed some of the rapes and used them to blackmail their victims.
It is said that heinous crimes started in early 2023
According to the ‘Krone’, the drama started around the 12-year-old in early 2023. Apparently, an initially innocent teenage relationship ended in a spiral of sexual violence and threats. The crimes are said to have taken place in stairwells and garages.
The police are investigating suspected serious sexual abuse of minors, the newspaper reports. The authority only confirmed that arrests had been made in connection with “investigation into a case of serious sexual abuse of an underage female victim.”
