A variety of challenges, tricky brainteasers and a prize pool of one million dollars – that’s the Riyadh Season Treasure Hunt. Participants from Finland, Bahrain, Romania, USA, Australia, India, Lebanon, Germany and Switzerland took part in the treasure hunt over four months. Now the final took place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – and a Swiss woman took first place!
As the “Saudi Gazette” reports, Stephanie Weil can look forward to the prize money of one million dollars, or approximately 875,000 francs.
The competition was held for the fourth time and consists of several phases in which participants have to find clues and solve puzzles. To make the event internationally accessible, the first eight stages were held via an app. The finalists only gathered in the capital of Saudi Arabia for the big showdown.
