A military helicopter crashed in California on Wednesday. The government has now confirmed the deaths of five soldiers.
“We extend our deepest condolences to the families of our fallen Marines and are committed to supporting and caring for you during this incredibly difficult time,” the statement said.
The helicopter was on a training flight when it crashed near the city of San Diego. Apparently a severe storm would have hit the region at that time. (An)
