Man climbs the “Sphere” in Las Vegas
A man climbed the Sphere in Las Vegas. The 112-meter-high spherical building, which opened last year, is a multi-purpose hall for events.
Police said they received calls around 10 a.m. that someone was climbing the Sphere. About an hour later, she confirmed that 24-year-old Maison Des Champs had been arrested, the AP reported.
The man calls himself ‘Official Pro-Life Spider-Man’ and wanted to use his appearance to protest abortion and raise money for a pregnant homeless woman. He was arrested in August 2021 while climbing ‘Aria’ in Las Vegas.
