Federal President Viola Amherd started her trip to Estonia on Monday with a visit to the NATO Center of Excellence for Cyber Defense in Tallinn. One of those responsible presented the center’s activities to the Swiss Minister of Defense.
Amherd also met the two employees from her department who work at the center in the Estonian capital. The center supports NATO member states and other countries with training, research and exchange of experiences in the field of cyber defense. Switzerland has been participating since 2020.
In this context, Switzerland will participate in the cyber defense exercise ‘Lockshield’ in April.
