Iran confirms reports of hacker attack on Bushehr nuclear power plant 80,000 people demonstrate in Berlin against Iranian government

Iran’s Atomic Energy Agency (AEOI) confirmed media reports of a hacker attack on the Bushehr nuclear power plant on Sunday. For example, the hackers were able to gain free access to e-mail traffic. According to Isna news agency, the nuclear authority stated that the hackers should not have stolen secret documents. The authority blames a “certain country” for the attackh without giving further details. Iran accused its nemesis Israel and the United States of previous hacking attacks on facilities in the country.

The Iranian group Black Reward is said to be behind the hacker attack. This calls for the hacked information, including on Russia’s role in AKK Bushehr, the Release of people trapped in the systemic protests for the past four weeks.

The AKK Bushehr in the port city of the same name on the Persian Gulf is a joint project of Iran and Russia. It is intended for civilian purposes and, according to official information, is mainly intended for generating and supplying energy to the two southern provinces of Bushehr and Fars.
