The actions of incest perpetrator Josef Fritzl (88) can hardly be described. From 1984 to 2008, he held his daughter captive in an underground apartment in the small Austrian town of Amstetten. During this time, he abused and raped her many times and fathered a total of seven children with her. On Thursday there was a big bang: Josef Fritzl was released from prison on parole. This means: he remains in custody – but is placed in a normal cell.
