Another mechanical accident has occurred involving a Boeing aircraft. As the New York Post reports, a 757 plane bound for Bogotá, Colombia, lost a wheel shortly before takeoff this weekend.
The Delta Airlines plane was taxiing to its take-off position at Atlanta Airport when the malfunction occurred. Explosive: The fact that the incident was noticed at all was thanks to the pilot of a following aircraft.
