There were wild scenes on a ski slope in Oberallgäu (D) on Sunday. As the police announced, a snowboarder (18) almost collided with a child in Obermaiselstein.
The child’s father then intervened. When he tried to confront the snowboarder, the teenager panicked.
The police are looking for witnesses
He unhooked his snowboard and then hit the man with his fists and his board. However, the father was able to successfully fend off the 18-year-old’s attack and wrestle him to the ground. Both people involved subsequently had to be treated on an outpatient basis.
The police have now started investigating the case and are currently looking for witnesses. (dzc)
