He then spoke to citizens and also told private matters. He said he trained two hours a day. During his law studies he qualified as a carpenter and earned quite a bit of money building windows, the ex-secret agent reports.

Chukotka?

Putin promised to solve regional problems.

Roman Abramovich was governor of Chukotka from 2001 to 2008. He invested billions of rubles, including his own money, in the Chukotka economy, expanding infrastructure, schools and housing. However, there are currently problems with the heat supply – but Putin did not want to comment on that.

However, the conversation turned to the war in Ukraine. Putin promised the Chukotka veterans of the war of aggression he ordered that they would be able to remain in the army after injury and work in the collection offices.
