Car plows into crowd in England: one dead and injured Polish government formally dissolves public media

A 46-year-old man was killed when a car plowed into a crowd during riots in the English city of Sheffield. The police in South Yorkshire announced this on Wednesday evening. Another person was reportedly taken to hospital in critical condition. Several other people were injured.

Police have arrested a 23-year-old man on suspicion of murder, the statement said. A 55-year-old was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder.

The incident had already occurred in the afternoon. Emergency services received an emergency call about violence and unrest in the residential area.
