For example, the 53-year-old man allegedly told another audience member at the concert of Congolese artist Fally Ipupa (46) on Saturday evening that he would set his car on fire. According to media reports, an attack on the concert had been prevented.

The man, also of Congolese descent, was then brought before the examining magistrate and released conditionally. The man had political motives. (SDA)
