The internet can be a strange place sometimes. There is probably no other way to explain this story.
German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (42) shared a photo in her Instagram story following her visit to the World Climate Conference in Dubai. The remarkable thing about it: the photo shows her bare foot. “I’m actually used to walking in high heels for hours – but since this is likely to last longer, I might have to think about other shoes!” she writes.
Four stars on WikiFeet
The political message behind the photo is said to be that the Green politician made a special effort during the marathon negotiations. According to the motto: Bubbles ran to save the climate!
The WikiFeet platform also became aware of the photo. This is a site for foot fetschists. The site, founded in 2008 by Israeli programmer Eli Ozer, receives millions of views every month with images of celebrities’ feet. Baerbock’s snapshot was well received. Some were particularly happy with the painted toenails. The result: four out of five stars.
Ana de Armas better than Annalena Baerbock
Baerbock’s lower legs fall into the “beautiful feet” category. The feet of actresses Ana de Armas (35) and Nilay Cafer (35) are even better received by the community. They took first place in the last election for the most beautiful celebrity feet and earned the title “beautiful feet”.
Anyone who visits WikiFeet will discover that this isn’t the first time Baerbock has showcased her feet on social media. She appeared without shoes on the island state of Palau in July 2022. The gallery contains 47 photos, which users can use to rate, according to the “Berliner Zeitung”. Including the latest photo from Dubai. (no)
