Hunter Biden (53) is accused of failing to properly pay federal taxes for years, the US Department of Justice announced on Thursday evening (local time). In September, the 53-year-old was charged with violating firearms regulations.
The legal blow comes in the middle of the election campaign of his father, who wants to run for a second term as president next year. The suit was filed Thursday in a court in California, where Hunter Biden lives.
