Two 14-year-olds allegedly tortured and raped a boy a year younger than him in Königslutter, Lower Saxony. The Public Prosecution Service in Braunschweig announced on Wednesday that it would be investigating the two suspects, who also filmed their crime and distributed the recordings. According to the Public Prosecution Service, the alleged main perpetrator is already known for violence. Last year he was investigated several times for assault and theft, but the proceedings had to be dropped due to his lack of criminal responsibility at the time. He is also currently charged with grievous bodily harm in Helmstedt District Court.
