On the night of November 24, 2022, a 23-year-old person walked through the center of Darmstadt. A man approaches around 3:30 am and speaks to his victim (then 23). He doesn’t feel at ease here at all, he takes out his cell phone and takes a picture of the man.
In the photo, the unidentified man can be seen laughing and apparently grabbing the victim’s arm. Moments later he dragged the 23-year-old into the Herrngarten – and raped her. The man then flees.
A surveillance camera caught him
He had previously hung out at Luisenplatz, as evidenced by a surveillance camera. Although police have two photos of the suspect, police have not yet identified the rapist.
Now she is making the photos public. According to police, the suspect is about 30 years old, about 1.65 meters tall and has a dark complexion. When he committed the crime, he was wearing light-colored sweatpants, a gray jacket, a black baseball cap and had a long, full beard. (neo)
