Now it is known: the Public Prosecution Service warned the hospital about the perpetrator a few months ago. The shooter apparently had videos on his cell phone showing people being stabbed. In a letter to the clinic, the public prosecutor reported animal abuse and other “disturbing actions” by the man. According to Algemeen Dagblad (“AD”), the content is shocking. In addition to animal abuse, L. was guilty of a seemingly endless list of crimes.

Pisces are not supposed to have feelings

The first incident mentioned took place in 2018 when L. shot fish with a crossbow. “Since in his opinion fish have no feelings, he did not see the problem,” the prosecutor wrote. The weapon was confiscated at the time and L. was warned.

Not three years later, when in August 2021 he was caught for kicking and throwing a rock at his rabbit and piercing a pigeon with a crossbow bolt. For the first, he had to perform 40 hours of community service. The neighbor who was shot Thursday evening reportedly called police and filed a report.

Apartment in uninhabitable condition

The letter shows that the police found much more during a raid on L.’s apartment. There were several animals in his apartment in serious condition. The officers also encountered weapons and animal feces. In addition to video images of stabbed people, the police also found Nazi and right-wing extremist images on his phone.

Last year there was another incident in which L. allegedly abused his dog. Although there was film footage of the crime, the young man was later acquitted.

The email to the clinic was sent early this year, shortly before L. was to graduate from the clinic. By law, the Public Prosecution Service is obliged to inform the clinic if it becomes aware of disruptive behavior. “We assume that these findings will influence your decision as to whether the person in question is eligible for basic medical training or not,” the authority wrote.

Witnesses also reported to the police that L. was lying half naked and screaming on a pile of leaves. When questioned, the 32-year-old stated that he no longer had control over himself due to his alcohol consumption and his depression.

“It’s a demonic world.”Fouad L. on an online platform

There are rumors that the three murders and setting fires on Thursday evening were an act of revenge because L. had not received his diploma. According to “AD”, the teachers repeatedly suspended the student. The perpetrator wrote on a controversial online platform: “It is a demonic world.”

The suspected suspect was arrested on the lawn in front of the hospital on Thursday evening. He is in custody and has to appear in court on Friday. (An)
