Acrobatic escape: Inmate in the United States climbs onto the roof of the prison and escapes

Police in Chester County, Pennsylvania, released remarkable surveillance video footage of last week’s escape on Wednesday. Accordingly, while staying in an open-air section of the detention center, the 34-year-old climbed a wall.

The convicted murderer used a narrow passage between two walls, propped himself up with his hands on one side and his feet on the other – and ran up the wall, so to speak. He then crossed barbed wire and eventually fled over the roof. An employee of a watchtower did not notice the escape.

A detention center official said a detainee escaped in a similar fashion in May. Since then, security has been tightened. However, this did not stop them from fleeing again. The police have been looking for the man for days, so far without success. He was sentenced to life imprisonment in mid-August for stabbing his ex-girlfriend to death. (SDA)
