Multimillionaire Anton Cherepennikov is said to have suffered a cardiac arrest.

He worked closely with the Russian secret service FSB and was considered a key figure in the repressive apparatus of Vladimir Putin (70): Anton Cherepennikov. The Russian multimillionaire was recently found dead at his home in Moscow. He was 40 years old.

The Russian media cited cardiac arrest as the cause of death. However, no autopsy had been performed at that time. A short time later, Vasily Polonsky, an old friend of Cherepennikov, spoke up. He stressed: “I don’t think he died of cardiac arrest”.

A Russian opposition source told The Sun that Cherepennikov was an “absolutely key figure in Putin’s repression”. “His assassination cannot be ruled out because the security apparatus is in despair over the failure of the war,” the source is sure.

Russian eavesdropping monopoly

Citadel, Cherepennikov’s telecommunications company, is often referred to as a “monopoly on eavesdropping on Russians.” The 40-year-old employed, among others, specialists trained by the counterintelligence service and their relatives.

A day before Cherepennikov’s death, a mysterious death occurred in the Russian power apparatus. Billionaire oligarch Igor Kudryakov († 64) was found dead in his Moscow apartment. According to the “Sun”, he held offices in government and founded a food delivery service. His cause of death is also still unclear. (obf)
