One person was killed and at least 14 were injured when the roller coaster car derailed several meters high in the amusement park “Gröna Lund” in Stockholm.
As announced this Sunday by the Swedish public television SVT and reported by Efe, the accident occurred after the wagon got stuck in the air and several of its tenants fall into the void. The others managed to hold on to the slides’ structures or were trapped between them, so they were rescued by the sanitation teams of the attractions section. Not long after the accident, the wagon separated from the structure and collapsed.
