The police received the first report at 6:13 p.m., followed by other reports of shooting from automatic weapons. The first agents who arrived found two injured people near the entrance to the metro station, who were helped by passers-by, explained police spokesman Towe Hägg, reports Europa Press.
Two more injured people were found nearby, one next to the church and the other in a nearby street. One of the injured died on the spot, and the other three were taken to the hospital, Hägg said.
After an hour-long car chase on the E4 highway in the south, police arrested two suspects. About 20 police cars took part in the chase. The two suspects in the attack are in their 20s.
