According to the governor, recent rains are believed to have exposed the explosive device, believed to have been left behind by terrorists from the Islamist terrorist militia Al-Shabaab. The group controls large parts of southern Somalia and repeatedly attacks civilians, soldiers and politicians. (sda/dpa)
