Prince Harry has arrived on the second day of his interrogation in the espionage trial against British publisher Mirror Group Newspapers (MGN). King Charles III’s son appeared in court in London on Wednesday morning.

The 38-year-old had already been questioned for an hour on Tuesday by MGN lawyer Andrew Green. He accused the tabloids of hacking his voicemail messages for years to get private information. His relationships and friendships were broken, and mistrust of relatives and relatives was sown.

credibility questioned

The publisher denies the allegations. Lawyer Green questioned the credibility of the prince and cast doubt on Harry’s statements by pointing out that other media outlets had reported the same facts in the past. Conservative media reported on Wednesday that the king’s son had become involved in contradictions. On the other hand, liberal analysts insisted that the fifth heir to the British throne had rightly expressed grave grievances in his criticism of an ominous alliance between the government, the tabloid press and the royal family.

In the trial of MGN (“Daily Mirror”, “Sunday Mirror”, “People”), the affairs of various celebrities are negotiated as an example. They accuse MGN reporters of spying on them using illegal methods. The focus is on how engaged the management level was with the practices. (aeg/sda/dpa)
