Congress is working on a new payment plan law this Tuesday so that more Argentines can access their pension, even if they haven’t reached 30 years of contributions.
The National Administration for Social Insurance (ANSES) asked Congress to sanction the new law on the moratorium on pensionswhich will add benefits for pensioners.
Within a few hours of processing the project Law on the pension debt payment plan within the Extraordinary Sessions of the National Congress, Anses reported that around 800,000 people will be covered by the benefits.
