The national government launched the program Fair meat priceswhich consumers can access cashback up to 10% debit card, prepaid or similar payment method, linked to accounts in financial or fintech entities.
The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) arranged this program as part of a program that applies discounts of up to 30% on different cuts.
The new announcement was published in the Official Gazette and comes into effect from March 1 in registered butchers. The penalty includes the extension of payment of tax obligations for 90 days to affiliated companies.
Payment platforms will have a period of 4 days to credit the refund to the client's account. In addition, details of each transaction will appear in the month-end summary for each user. Companies that apply for the program will have three months to pay VAT and related monotributo fees.
