Pancake spaghetti… apparently it is. On TikTok. OK let’s try!

Our food baroni actually masters his pancakes. But Emily clearly wants to see him fail. Like this TikTok variant for example.

«After the milk pancakes, you definitely want to try another pancake recipe, right?»

Do I want that, Emily? Do I really want this?
As a reminder, the milk pancake Emily is referring to was the TikTok 1 ingredient crepe (Milk, nothing else), which, while not entirely inedible, ended up being a medium disaster in terms of preparation.
See, this is how it was:

And now you want me to try another yummy pancake thingy? I already have my fail safe recipes, which I use often and enjoy:

But yes, this is about a TikTok challenge (emphasis on challenges). And the short video Emily sent me looks indeed challenging out, … and, if crowned with success, quite good. It is about: “Pancake Spaghetti”!

hmm actually looks pretty nice. Funny how you make dessert and then eat it like spaghetti. Maple syrup is used instead of sauce and powdered sugar instead of Parmesan cheese. Sweet instead of salty. Can be fun.

There is no recipe, but it is quite understandable. I make a crepe batter mix (#2 in the pancake article above) and try to transfer it to a greased, to give coated skillet. HERE you can see how it worked:

Conclusion: takes some practice. But definitely doable. if you are willing to make an extra effort. No, this is of course no tastier than a normal pancake, but the fun factor in eating also counts. Occasionally, for example, you could cook something like this as a special treat for the kids.
