Great news everyone!
Who has been eagerly looking forward to Friday so they can look at fun and funny animal photos again? I knew it!
Then let’s not postpone it any longer and get started!
Smaller people if the pool is a little too deep:
Winter time = cuddle time!
Always those nosy neighbors…
It’s still a bit early…
…and cold.
Today we meet the Arabian leopard.
The name comes from the fact that it occurs in the mountains of the Arabian Peninsula.
Arabian leopards are the smallest leopards but the largest wild cats in Arabia.
The species is threatened with extinction. In 2008, it was estimated that between 45 and 200 animals remained.
The leopards live in the mountains at an altitude between 600 and 2400 meters.
The animals are solitary creatures and only meet during mating. The young remain with their mother for up to two years.
Enough leopards. We continue with a forest elephant.
