Great news everyone!
Nice to have you back today, because it’s finally time for some good news! There are two great things here today. On the one hand we learn more about a special species of stork and on the other hand there is a small special with photos that were taken at an unfortunate moment. Or just good, depending on how you look at it.
I don’t want to reveal more about it yet, you’ll see soon enough. Let’s start!
May your day be as balanced as this cat casually walking across a fence:
That look melts!
It couldn’t be sweeter.
Today we meet the saddle stork.
This lives in the swamps and lakes of Africa and feeds on fish, snakes, insects, frogs and rodents.
Saddleback egrets live in pairs and have their own established territories.
The birds are classified as endangered. In 2016 there were between 670 and 17,000 sexually mature animals.
Their population is declining, but not alarmingly.
Language of the week:
New trend in the Otten world: algae tutu.
Why does it grin as if it knows a secret you don’t know?
Who is hiding here?
Mini-tongue:
Want more red pandas? Then this slideshow is for you:
(The fun news continues as normal below!)
Okay, now get down!
Don’t worry, it’s not a three-headed dog.
There’s another mini special. Yes!
Namely for animals photographed in panorama mode:
The muzzle has fallen victim to the panorama mode.
If deer antlers suddenly grow out of your butt:
(And you have five legs…)
Anteater, is it you?
When a toddler draws a dog, it looks something like this:
Centipede Corgi:
😂
I will never understand why the woman is in near perfect condition.
So, done with the panoramic image. We return to reality.
Hey, you’re still here too…
It’s getting pretty late…
A short evening walk…
…and then the Nice News is over.
