When asked, the SBB reports that ticket purchases from 6:45 am this morning are only possible to a very limited extent. The reason for this was a technical malfunction, the exact cause is being clarified.
Since 7.45 am, “it is possible again to buy tickets at the counter, ticket machines, from train staff and via the SBB website”. However, the app still suffers from the problem.
The SBB would work hard to solve the problem. Train traffic was not affected by the disruption and the trains ran on time.
