Trailer for the FIFA sequel is out – and fans are in shock

EA Sports has produced a football simulator every year for almost 30 years. The first game was called “FIFA International Soccer”, all subsequent ones were simply called “FIFA (matching year)”.

The next game, which EA Sports will probably launch in September, is now called “EA FC24”. A first detailed trailer was released on Monday:

Reactions have been mixed, with some happy, others angry about the game’s “pay-to-win mode”. Still others laugh at the graphics and lament that the game has been the same for five years.

Here are the best reactions to the video game’s new trailer:

EA Sports has been accused for years of releasing a new edition of the same game every year. It’s the same this year. Many fans also want improvements to career mode and Pro Clubs mode, which EA has so far only commented on cosmetically. Fans therefore accuse EA of being greedy for only promoting the “pay-to-win mode” “FIFA Ultimate Team”.

But not only the eternal equality of the game is maliciously commented on. This year the graphics also have to believe.

women together with men

In EA’s new game, men and women will probably be able to play against each other. Since that would hardly be possible in real life, it causes red faces in some male specimens and the associated remarks.

The football community doesn’t seem too happy with the new game. Another user is therefore reminded of what he thinks is the best game in the “FIFA 16” series.
