Mark Zuckerberg wants to fight Elon Musk

Macho behavior or confrontation of supernerds? Tech giants Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk could soon be cage fighting. What’s behind it.

Fists could soon be flying in the short-message battle. When Mark Zuckerberg’s Meta group announced a competitor on Twitter in May, Elon Musk wrote, You can do it in the ring.

Now there is a response from Zuckerberg. But do you like this Musk?

Musk wrote in a tweet a few days ago, “I’m open to a cage fight if so. Lol.”

A so-called cage fight means a physically intensive exchange of blows. It is part of mixed martial arts and is considered a full contact sport. Fighting without boxing gloves. It can be hit and kicked. However, no blows should be given below the waist, on the back of the head, on the kidneys or on the spine.

The 39-year-old founder of the social media platform Facebook would be open to a fistfight with the Tesla boss, who is twelve years his senior. So he didn’t answer the tweet directly, but shared a screenshot of Musk’s tweet on Instagram and wrote: “Send me the meeting point.”

Marc Zuckerberg wants to fight Elon Musk.

Musk, in turn, responds to a Twitter tweet from a user who screenshotted Zuckerberg’s screenshot story with a suggestion. “Vegas Octagon,” Musk said. So it’s about time a screenshot of that tweet was sent to Mark Zuckerberg so he could respond on his own platform.

The biggest challenge may not even be the fight itself, but the complicated communication between the CEOs and the oversized egos.
