The field of participants of the 86th Tour de Suisse will have a prominent addition. More than a week before the start, road world champion Remco Evenepoel announced his participation.
The 23-year-old Belgian had to withdraw from the Giro d’Italia as the leader of the general classification in mid-May after testing positive for Covid-19. Now he has determined his further racing program and has chosen Switzerland as the place for his comeback.
