Haaland, who was recently named footballer of the year by sports journalists in England, has had a superlative season. The Norwegian has scored 36 goals so far, surpassing the Premier League records set by Alan Shearer and Andy Cole (34 each). In addition, Haaland scored twelve times in the current Champions League season and was therefore significantly involved in the final against Inter Milan (June 10).
