The Brazilian soccer player must remain in prison until the start of the trial for the alleged sexual assault
A referee investigating a football player Daniel Alves because, probably, they have sexually assaulted a girl in the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona It rejected his second request to be released from the temporary prison he entered on January 20.

The arguments he used were that he was rooted in the Catalan city and was not a flight risk, contrary to what the justice system continues to claim.
A court in Barcelona has authorized a doctor appointed by the Brazilian defense to be present at the forensic medical examination of the alleged victim.
