On the afternoon of April 4, neighbors of basketball legend Michael Jordan’s (60) mega estate in Chicago alerted police to a suspected burglary. And indeed, the police found an 18-year-old intruder in the luxury villa and were able to arrest him on the spot.
According to the newspaper “TMZ”, the teenager is now charged with trespassing and double damage to property. Jordan would not have been in the villa at the time of the break-in.

And that’s not unusual, because the luxurious property, which has nine bedrooms, 19 bathrooms, its own basketball court and tennis court, was put up for sale by Jordan in 2012. However, no buyer has yet been found and the property is valued at between $12 and $15 million.
Michael Jordan is considered one of the greatest basketball players of all time. He played in the NBA from 1984 to 2003 and won the championship in the best league in the world six times during that time. He also won Olympic gold medals with the US national team in 1984 and 1992. (bjl)
