In the 11th minute he made it 1-0 with a fantastic assist from Mario Götze and barely 91 seconds later the Frenchman struck again. He is relaunched by Götze and tricks the reluctant Union keeper Grill with a lob to make it 2-0.
Union Berlin cannot react to the early shock, the third-placed Bundesliga team remains far too harmless in attack and deserves to be eliminated. On the other hand, Eintracht Frankfurt can look forward to the last four. (byl)
