FC Sion has to close its home corner in the Stade de Tourbillon for the match against Servette on April 8. The disciplinary committee of the Swiss Football League punishes the Valais club for the incidents in the first game between the two clubs this year.
At the end of January, the Sion supporters detonated numerous pyrotechnic materials at the Stade de Geneve. The game had to be interrupted four times and a spectator from Geneva was slightly injured.
Regarding a similar incident in the home game against St. Gallen, FC Sion was also sentenced to a three-year suspension from the stands. The club was also fined CHF 30,000; Napkin, for his part, has to pay 20,000 francs. (SDA)
