Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, is suing him for $30 million.

Golf star Tiger Woods (47) is threatened with a war of the roses. Since last fall, the American professional football player and his girlfriend Erica Herman are no longer a couple. That reports TMZ. The love of the two did not become public until the public learned of the ongoing legal dispute.

This one should have it all. Herman accuses the athlete of coming up with a plan to throw her out of the villa they shared. The allegations could cost the professional golfer dearly: his ex-girlfriend is suing him for damages of around $30 million (28 million Swiss francs).

Mega Manor’s locks have been replaced

The two lived on the property in Jupiter Island, Florida, for six years. Herman claims she could have lived there until 2027. This would have been decided in a verbal contract with Woods. According to Herman, this is now nothing due to a vicious trick by Woods. It all started when Woods allegedly persuaded her to go on vacation for a few days.

As “TMZ” continues to write, the professional golfer even drove her to the airport herself. That’s where he dropped the bombshell: the locks on the $46 million property were going to be replaced and she couldn’t return. According to the indictment, a lawyer for Woods was present and offered to clarify any outstanding questions.

But that’s not all: Wood’s ex-girlfriend also accuses him of hiding about $40,000 from her. The amount would be in the villa.

The owner of the property denies the existence of a contract

Because of all the misconduct, Herman is now suing Tiger’s trust company – the home’s owner – for $30 million. This is the “reasonable rental value” of the home, to which she is entitled for the remaining five years of her verbally agreed right of residence.

However, Tiger’s trust company denies the allegations. Accordingly, there would never have been a verbal contract that his ex-girlfriend was allowed to stay on the property after a breakup. (dzc)
