Achraf Hakimi (24) was elected world footballer of the year on Monday. The PSG pro attended the Fifa Gala in Paris along with teammates Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappé. Before the award ceremony, “Le Parisien” published a report on a rape allegation against the Moroccan.
A young woman has contacted a police station in Paris and issued a statement accusing the PSG star of rape. Apparently, however, she has refrained from reporting it, the reason for which is unknown. However, since Hakimi is a public figure, the prosecutor’s office has taken up the case and is now investigating the allegations.

It all happened at the fullback’s house last weekend, according to the report. Hakimi and the woman first met on Instagram on Jan. 16 and kept in regular contact.
