Figures from the 29th round of the Super League: Half of the FCZ team fails in the classic – FCB trio strong

The classic between Basel and Zurich features four goals and an incredible miss by FCZ defender Nikola Katic. Good football, but not that much. At FCB, only one trio can be somewhat convincing: Avdullahu and Kade score the two Basel goals, Barry provides the assist for each. In defense, the Bebbi, including goalkeeper Hitz, are always prone to mistakes. However, this also applies to guests from Zurich. Dante, Katic and Kryeziu look very bad when conceding goals.

It is bad luck for Sayfallah Ltaief that he only came on after 67 minutes and therefore missed out on a mark. Otherwise the striker would have deserved a top grade. The Winterthur defense is doing a solid job. The four attacking players Schneider, Fofana, Burkart and Baroun work a lot backwards, but are too harmless for Geneva’s goal. With Servette, the often strong Tsunemoto seems a bit unstable and is lucky that he only sees a yellow hand after two minutes. His counterpart on the left, Mazikou, also remains pale. And the attacking department fails to develop any danger – with the “highlight” being the missed foul penalty.

Hajrulahu held the central defense together until the 76th minute, after which the SLO defense chief had to admit defeat like his teammates. And Diakité, who was contracted in the winter, is a very good reinforcement, but he punishes his team with his red card.

At Lugano, goalkeeper Saipi kept his team in the match against Camara in the 60th minute, while Celar, who had long run out of ideas, scored a goal as almost always. Steffen stands on the field like a ghost for a long time, but then he scores the decisive goal.

YB offensively impotent. Not present for half the time. Yverdon completely powerless forward, two of the weakest teams in the final round. Then the result is a pretty terrible staircase. The best among the Vaudois: the defenders, of course. They’re doing well. All. At YB this is the rookie central defender duo Husic (first starting eleven at YB) and Crnovrsanin (first professional minutes). And the offensive: it gets a uniform grade of three. Fail.

Shortly before half-time and shortly before the final whistle, classification striker Bradley Fink failed from the best position: these were the only two big chances for the Hoppers in the entire match. Far too little for a game of this importance. After the 0-1 defeat against Lausanne-Sport, the Hoppers are now three points behind in 10th place.

The guests showed a strong first half, led by Rrudhani and Bernede. After the break they switched to defense, which was enough to secure an important away win against this innocent ranking.

The Lucerne offensive with Okou and Grbic is completely inefficient. Okou plays a bit flashier than Grbic, hence the “3” instead of the “2”. And if Lucerne’s equalizer had not fallen, Vallci would have been the weakest player on the field. The accidental death of St. Gallen therefore ‘inherits’ Akolo, who ruined his team’s victory with three missed chances of 100 percent.

St. Gallen’s central defenders Vallci and Stanic achieved good figures despite the late equalizer. Also Lucerne goalkeeper Loretz, who keeps his team in the match with great saves, and the tireless driver, FCL captain Ardon Jashari.
